Do you deliver outside Johannesburg?
Yes. We courier to every province. Main centres take two to three working days and outlying areas take three to five.
What does delivery cost?
A flat rate of R150.00 applies, and delivery is free on orders over R5 000.00.
Can I pay by EFT?
Yes. Choose EFT at checkout, use your order number as the reference and upload the proof of payment. We release stock once the money reflects.
Is PayFast safe?
PayFast is a licensed South African payment processor. Your card details go straight to them and never touch our servers.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price shown on the site includes VAT at 15%.
Do you install what you sell?
We do. Add an installation request in the checkout notes and we will call you to book a slot.
What is the warranty?
All products carry the manufacturer warranty, usually 12 or 24 months. We handle the claim on your behalf.
Can I return a product?
Unopened stock can be returned within 7 days. Faulty items are covered by the Consumer Protection Act and the manufacturer warranty.
Do you supply businesses and schools?
Yes. Send us a list and we will quote on official letterhead with lead times.
Can I collect instead of paying delivery?
Collection in Johannesburg can be arranged. Contact us before placing the order so we can confirm stock.
