We courier every order through a tracked national service. Orders placed and paid for before 12h00 on a business day are picked the same day. Orders after that go out the next morning.
Delivery to main centres takes two to three working days. Outlying areas take three to five working days. Large televisions above 65 inches may take an extra day because they travel on a dedicated vehicle.
Delivery costs a flat rate set in our store settings, and orders above the free delivery threshold ship at no charge. The exact amount is shown in your cart before you pay.
Someone over the age of eighteen must be present to sign. Please check the box for transit damage before you sign. If the carton is crushed or open, note it on the waybill and call us the same day.
We do not deliver to Post Office boxes. Complexes, estates and office parks must have the gate access details in the delivery notes, otherwise the courier will return the parcel and a second delivery fee applies.
Collection from our Johannesburg base can be arranged. Contact us first so we can confirm the stock is on the floor and ready.
