Tech Zonke collects only the information needed to process your order and support you afterwards: your name, email address, contact number, delivery address and order history.
Payment card details are never stored on our servers. Card payments are processed by PayFast, a licensed South African payment provider, on their own secure infrastructure.
We use your email address to send order confirmations, invoices and status updates. Marketing emails only go to people who signed up for the newsletter, and every one of them carries an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell customer data. Information is shared only with the courier delivering your parcel and, where a warranty claim requires it, with the manufacturer.
The site uses cookies to keep your cart working between pages and to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart will stop working properly.
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required by law to keep it. Email the request to the address on our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
