These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Placing an order means you accept them.
Prices are in South African rand and include VAT. We correct pricing errors when we find them. If a listed price was clearly wrong, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.
Stock levels shown online are updated as orders come in. If an item sells out between your payment and our picking, we will offer a replacement model or refund you in full within five working days.
Ownership of goods passes to you once payment has cleared in full. Risk passes on delivery.
Installation quotes assume standard conditions: brick or drywall, an existing power point within two metres, and safe access. Additional work such as trunking, extra cabling or scaffold access is quoted separately before we start.
We are not liable for indirect loss such as lost business or lost data. Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service you paid for.
These terms are governed by South African law and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
